Does anyone have a list of MBC chemotherapies that don't cause hair loss?

Also tried numerous hair products and not fussing with my hair to minimize shedding.

There are treatments out there such as Finasteride and Minoxidil that can stop your hair loss and regrow hair. Gave me confidence and I CHOSE to have fun with it. Letrozole is as bad.

I've been on Ibrance/Letrozole since February. Recurrence was mbc with Mets to bones. Dunno . Its generic name is Dutasteride, which you might be more familiar with. It should also be noted that balding older men who have taken Avodart to treat their enlarge prostates have sometimes noticed hair regrowth in areas of their scalps that have been totally barren for many decades.
